If I change my mind...
Within 15 days
- Most things we sell are covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. Just request for a pickup which you will pay for, the item must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt* and we'll give you a refund.
- If you don't have a receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase* we'll exchange the item or give you a refund with vouchers.
- Recharge Vouchers can not be exchange or refunded because this is a service and of security and fraud concerns, unless the digits are not complete, which we will verify on our system.
- To protect your personal security, we are also unable to accept returns on some non-faulty imaging and recording products such as MP3 players and digital cameras.
- If a product is excluded from our 15-day money-back guarantee, it is clearly marked by a † next to the product name in the catalogue and on this website.
- Our 15-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
If there's a fault with the product...
We've made it easier!
- If you contact us for a pickup within 15 days with your proof of purchase*, we'll give you a replacement or a refund. But, the item must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition.

- If you had your item is delivered, your order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement counts as your receipt/proof of purchase.
- To cancel, you can email us (see contact us for details) within two (2) working days* of your ordering of your item(s), quoting your order number. - * All days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- For products not purchased on this site for our customer i.e. Buy anything service. The seller’s terms and condition and return policy will prevail. And the buyer will bear all the cost associated with the return.
